NEWARE All-in-One Testing System WHW-25L-16CH*4
NEWARE All-in-one battery testing system WHW-25L-16CH4 is a battery testing equipment, independently developed and designed by NEWARE, integrating both battery charge-discharge testing and battery temperature testing. This integrated system is primarily designed for testing button batteries. The equipment is composed of four WHW-25L-S-16CH all-in-one units, each capable of conducting independent tests and setting different programs for operation. Therefore, the WHW-25L-16CH4 is able to perform tests on four different temperature zones simultaneously for comparative reference, to study how the same batteries behave and the results vary under different temperatures. It features a touch liquid crystal display screen with a user-friendly graphical interface and flexible configuration options. The screen is designed to automatically wake up with infrared motion sensing within a 1.5m range, allowing users to easily set up and manage the equipment.
The WHW-25L-S-16CH*4 achieves a voltage and current accuracy of ±0.05% F.S., with a data sampling time of 100ms. A single testing device, the WHW-25L-S-16CH, can support up to 16 button batteries for testing simultaneously, hence the WHW-25L-S-16CH*4 supports a maximum of 64 channels for testing, which means it can simultaneously test 64 button batteries, providing a reliable and efficient solution for organizing and managing batteries. When testing the temperature of batteries, the temperature range is from 32°F to 140°F with an error range of ±3.6°F (15℃ to 60℃ with an error range of 2℃). The time required to heat up from 25℃ to 60℃ during the temperature test is less than 50 minutes, and the time needed to cool down from 25℃ to 15℃ is less than 60 minutes. According to the set temperature value, the control system automatically calculates and controls the output of the semiconductor refrigeration (heating) module using the newly developed fuzzy PID algorithm by NEWARE, in order to achieve dynamic balance. The axial flow fan circulates the air evenly, with a large air outlet, ensuring uniform and fast heat dissipation. The 40mm thick polyurethane foam enhances internal temperature protection, ensuring more accurate and reliable data.
The WHW-25L-S-16CH*4 is designed with voltage and current ranges tailored to the characteristics of button cell voltage and current, offering three scales for 5V/10V 10mA as 5μA ~ 1mA, 1mA ~ 5mA, and 5mA ~ 10mA. For 5V/10V 20mA, the scales are 5μA ~ 1mA, 1mA ~ 10mA, and 10mA ~ 20mA. For 5V/10V 50mA, the scales are 5μA ~ 1mA, 1mA ~ 25mA, and 25mA ~ 50mA. The battery testing equipment has detailed divisions for the ranges of 10mA, 20mA, and 50mA to achieve precise battery data measurement. If these voltage and current range specifications do not meet your requirements, we can also customize the design according to your needs to satisfy any customer requirements.
The design of the NEWAY all-in-one battery testing equipment fully takes into account the practical situation of limited laboratory space. By integrating the battery testing and temperature testing functions into a single device, it maximizes the use of space, with a practical volume of 25 x 4 liters and occupying less than half a square meter of space. This integrated design brings multiple benefits: the integrated design significantly reduces the floor space required, allowing the laboratory to accommodate more testing equipment. All functions are integrated into one device, allowing operators to perform tasks without switching between multiple devices, thus improving work efficiency. The all-in-one equipment reduces the cost of purchasing and maintaining multiple independent devices, saving funds for businesses or laboratories in the long run. The integrated device ensures that battery testing and temperature testing are carried out under the same environmental conditions, enhancing the consistency and accuracy of the test data.
The safety of battery testing is of paramount importance as it directly affects the health of operators, the security of laboratory equipment, and the accuracy of test results. Ensuring the safety of the testing process can prevent dangerous situations such as battery overcharging, short circuits, or thermal runaway, avoiding potential fires or explosions, and protecting the safety of users' lives and property. The NEWARE all-in-one battery testing equipment WHW-25L-S-16CH*4, with its ingenious design, provides a safe and efficient battery testing solution for the laboratory. This device integrates multiple safety features to ensure high safety standards during battery testing. Specifically, the Power-Down Data Protection feature can protect data from loss in the event of a sudden power outage, maintaining the integrity of the test data. Short Circuit protection can quickly respond to short circuit conditions in the circuit, preventing equipment damage and potential safety risks, which is particularly important when dealing with high-power battery packs. In addition, the device's Abnormal Monitoring of Circulating Fan Operation can monitor the state of the cooling system in real-time to ensure that the equipment operates at an appropriate temperature, avoiding test interruptions or equipment damage due to overheating. The combination of these features not only improves the work efficiency of the laboratory but also significantly enhances the safety of the battery testing process. With Power-Down Data Protection, test data is safe even in the event of an unexpected power outage; Short Circuit protection provides a safe testing environment for experimental personnel, effectively preventing dangers that may arise from short circuits; and Abnormal Monitoring of Circulating Fan Operation ensures the stable operation of the equipment, providing assurance for the continuity and reliability of experiments. These features together form the safety foundation of the NEWARE all-in-one battery testing equipment, allowing researchers to focus more on the experiment itself without worrying about safety issues.
