The Battery Heavy Material Impact Test Machine 6010C uses a multi-height, multi-weight, and multi-force area testing protocol to comprehensively evaluate battery safety performance. It verifies battery compression, impact resistance, and wear resistance capabilities from various perspectives, ensuring battery reliability and safety under various extreme conditions.
The exhaust port is designed with a diameter of 4.7"(120mm) and comes with a 4.3"(110mm) outer exhaust guide tube, allowing easy connection to laboratory high-power exhaust fans. This not only improves exhaust efficiency, but also ensures comfortable and safe experimental conditions.
The outer chamber is precision-crafted from 0.06"(1.5mm) thick cold-rolled steel, featuring a beautiful paint finish. The door is designed as a single door with double layers, equipped with silicone foam sealing strips that are heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and offer excellent insulation. The bottom of the box interior is made of 1.2mm thick stainless steel plate with a Teflon fiberglass cloth applied, offering exceptional heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy cleanliness.
The test machine has a comprehensive safety protection system, including pressure relief devices and explosion-proof chains, which can effectively reduce losses caused by accidents. It also has over-temperature protection systems and multiple circuit protection measures to comprehensively ensure the safe use of products and equipment.
