The Thermal Abuse Test 6009C is used in various high-temperature shock tests, baking, and aging experiments. It is one of the commonly used equipment and is suitable for various electronic components to test their performance indicators and quality management under temperature conditions.

The PT100 thermal resistance temperature sensor used in the test box has the characteristics of high precision, fast temperature sensing, high temperature resistance, and low maintenance. It plays a crucial role in real-time and accurate monitoring and feedback of temperature changes in the test box, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of experimental data.
The heating controller uses SSR solid-state relays with the characteristics of contactless high-temperature resistance. It can freely adjust the temperature within the range of 68~392℉(20~200℃). The heating rate is controlled by programmed time control, and the temperature control accuracy is ±0.9℉(±0.5℃).
The box has a sturdy and beautiful appearance, using 4.0mm thick stainless steel industrial plates as the internal box material, which is reinforced and will not deform even after vacuum evacuation. It is equipped with a 0.75"(19mm) thickened glass safety window that not only ensures the safety of the experiment, but also facilitates real-time observation of the experimental process.
The test box has a comprehensive safety protection system, including pressure relief devices and explosion-proof chains, which can effectively reduce losses caused by accidents. It also has over-temperature protection systems and multiple circuit protection measures to comprehensively ensure the safe use of products and equipment.
