BTS9.0 Software Basic Functions Introduction

User Login and Configuration

• Login: Access the user account using the avatar icon on the main page.

• Username: admin

• Password: neware

• Configuration: Enter the client configuration page via the gear icon to set barcode entry, calibration settings, and modify configuration values.

  
  

Channel Status and Display Settings

• Display Colors: Customize the display colors for channel status (e.g., green for "Test Completed" and red for "Test NG").

• Save Settings: Confirm and save the settings for immediate application.

  
  

Step and Parameter Settings

• Step Protection Parameters: Modify default step protection parameters by double-clicking the table.

• Step Types: Set various step types including constant current charge/discharge, constant current-constant voltage charge/discharge, internal resistance, pulse, condition simulation, and cyclic voltammetry.

• Additional Settings: Adjust units, data download paths, and other parameters as needed.

  
  

Language and Interface Options

• Language Switch: Toggle between Chinese and English using the "Ch" and "En" buttons.

• Channel Display: Change the display mode of channels using the inverted triangle icon.

• Auxiliary Channels and Temperature Chamber List: Expand and display auxiliary channels and temperature chamber lists by clicking on the respective icons.

  
  

Test Execution and Data Management

• Start Test: Select a channel and right-click to start the test.

• Step Name and Parameters: Set step names and parameters under "Main Step."

• Protection and Control Conditions: Configure protection conditions, temperature control, and recording conditions in the right-hand column.

• Battery Parameters: Set battery model, batch number, test name, nominal capacity, and active material mass at the bottom of the page.

  
  

Data Export and Backup

• Open Data: Access the BTSDA page to view and manage data.

• Export Reports: Export reports by clicking the table icon at the top of the page.

• Backup Settings: Configure backup settings, including backup paths and file formats (default NDA).

• Curve Settings: Modify curve settings by clicking the star icon at the top of the graph area.

• Cycle Statistics Method: Adjust cycle statistics methods (e.g., "Charge first, then discharge") in the parameter settings.
