How to select specific column data in the cycling and step layers and copy it

Today, we will demonstrate the method to select specific column data in the cycling and step layers of the data area and copy it.
First, open the BTSDA data.
In the data area, select the desired data columns that you want to copy.
You can select multiple columns if needed. Right-click and choose "Copy".
Then, click on "Copy selected columns" to copy the data into a TXT or Excel file.
