Phenomenon description: A single device experiences the "long-time sampling data error" prompt on only specific channels, leading to channel protection. How to diagnose the cause of the issue?
This prompt is usually related to communication issues with the lower-level microcontroller and is unrelated to the channels themselves. It is necessary to check the continuity of the 485 section, including the internal 485 communication of the device. To confirm the issue, the positions of two devices can be swapped.
