Solution 1: The device does not come with a negative power supply and should not be discharged to 0V or discharged with constant current at low voltage. Check if the settings are incorrect.
Solution 2: Check if the device version and client version are the same.
Steps to view the client version: Open the BTS 8.0 software, right-click and select "View Channel Information" → you can see "Server Version" and "Client Version".
