Why is the BTS software interface lagging when opened?

First, make sure that the lag occurs specifically when opening the BTS software. Close the BTS software and check if the system returns to normal within 1 minute.
Next, after opening the software, access the performance monitor to review the computer's CPU, memory, and disk performance parameters. Identify which file is consuming the most system resources.
Check if there are any abnormal settings related to backups, such as backup configurations or schedules, on the client interface.
