Software lag/freeze

Check the computer's running memory, end processes occupying memory, and ensure that the memory usage rate does not exceed 90%. After disabling the firewall and antivirus software, restart the software. If the issue persists, then reinstall the software. Before reinstalling, please uninstall or disable the firewall and antivirus software.
Software interface displays garbled characters

After uninstalling the software, reinstall it. If the problem still persists, please contact the after-sales department for assistance.
Software font display abnormality

You can try upgrading the software to resolve the issue. If the problem persists, it may be a programming error.
The voltage or current is not at the set value

Solution 1: The device does not come with a negative power supply and should not be discharged to 0V or discharged with constant current at low voltage. Check if the settings are incorrect.
Solution 2: Check if the device version and client version are the same.
Steps to view the client version: Open the BTS8.0 software, right-click and select "View Channel Information" → you can see "Server Version" and "Client Version".
No voltage, no current

Check if the battery and fixture are in good contact and inspect whether the aviation plug wire is intact and properly connected to the equipment.
Voltage or current exceeds the upper limit

Solution 1: Check the process settings (voltage and current upper and lower limits) to ensure they are reasonable.
Solution 2: The equipment needs to be recalibrated.
Temperature deviation in the oven

Solution 1: Clean the dust from the temperature chamber's cooling fan.
Temperature exceeds the upper limit

Solution 1: The interference may be caused by electrostatic conduction between temperature line probes. Please redo the insulation treatment and wrap the temperature probes with insulating tape to solve the issue.
Solution 2: It may be necessary to replace the power cord.
Temperature cannot reach the set value

Solution 1: Check if the voltage at the temperature input terminal is stable.
Solution 2: Verify if the temperature reference table has been correctly written
After deleting or cutting files during the test, the software cannot be used

Database repair is required using a script tool.
Computer hard drive damage resulted in data being unable to be accessed

After saving the data, please replace the computer hard drive as soon as possible.
Note: If the computer hard drive is full, data will not be updated, and you need to clear processes occupying memory.
Control Unit cannot start

Please check the 220V power supply and ensure that the 12V power output is normal. If both are normal but the control unit still cannot start, it needs to be sent back to the factory for repair.
